21 Day Returns

Not loving your new Intro purchase? Not a problem. We accept exchanges and returns received within 21 days of delivery. Exchanges and returns for store credit are free, or we can refund your original form of payment less $5 return shipping costs. Returns must be in new, unworn condition, with its original packaging, Intro hang tags etc. intact.

Excludes FINAL SALE items.

- Please request a return through our online portal, HERE

- Print the shipping label provided. Include the invoice form along with your items.

- Apply the return shipping label to your package and mail your return via USPS.

For a Full Refund: Once your return has been received, we will reimburse your account for the full merchandise price minus the $5 prepaid shipping if you decide to use the return label provided.

For Store Credit: Once your return has been received, we will issue a store credit via email for the full merchandise price.

Kindly note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable – this fee will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise the item can be returned at your cost with the carrier of your choice. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Love your new item, but not the right size or color? Simply place a new order to make sure the new item is available and proceed with the return process here. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and return to the INTRO Warehouse within 21 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we receive your returned package. 

Damaged Merchandise

All merchandise is fully inspected before it is packaged and sent to you. In the rare case that you have received a damaged item, please contact customer service at or call (562) 408-4971. Damaged items are eligible for return or exchange. Simply complete the return form and indicate reason for return.
